It’s Impossible to live “FOR GOD”

Some of you have read the title and are like, “There Montré go…on one of his rants again” but no, seriously, hear me out.

We live in a time where people are getting really polarized in their beliefs and go to extremes to prove their undying devotion to whatever said religion they may be. And for the Abrahamic religions “God” is seen as this all powerful being.

I agree with that (to some extent), but in past rants,  I believe religion limits what we believe as God to human standards of existence.. (ie… gender, role, personality, ego, favoritism, yada, yada) These are human concepts. The idea that you must “live for God” is the subconscious belief that God is somewhere outside of yourself needing your assistance and shaking his index finger when you opt out.

You see, in my view, God is everything; the source and the being. God is nothing and everything. Everything is an aspect of the force we describe as “God” … the good and the bad. Everyone is an aspect of the creator…you, me, the Jew, the Muslim and gasp.. even Trump. So everything we do God is doing because God .. is everything (and that includes bad things)

What do you mean bad things?

It’s like Star Wars where God is the FORCE… and that can be used for good, bad, or neither (ie balance). The Force doesn’t care, it’s your purpose to decide. Most people do bad things because they either 1. justify it as good 2. Have no awareness of self 3. Have no empathy. ( I don’t want to simplify it too much… there are plethora of reasons I’m sure.. but for the sake of time let’s discuss)

  1. Justifying as good– Believing you’re doing something for God is a setup to treat others badly and get away with it. Most these people feel disconnected already with the source and will do anything…anything to prove worthiness. desperation is deadly especially with the extreme religious (ISIS, the KKK, Pat Robertson…etc). Take responsibility for your actions and know everything you say or do is powerful and can either create or destroy.
  2. No self-awareness– No self-awareness is like having no soul or being drunk and blacking out. You’re just floating through life.  Because when you don’t know who you are… you don’t know your purpose and you’re liable to misuse your own power. A person with no purpose can and will do anything. If I say “you are God” some people cringe and some people will shy away because most have been taught otherwise. That’s why they are powerless. Powerless people follow blindly. They spend their esb20s2g29w1glives asking for permission to live and die hoping for a reward like a good dog. You can’t ask the lake to not drown you if you fall in. You just have to understand water and the force that it is .. respect it and learn how to flow in it. That’s how God is. You either know how to swim or you don’t ..there’s no asking.
  3. No empathy– knowing your self is not some power play because not only are you God but so is everyone. We are God together, we are the expression of the One. Empathy is feeling that in everyone. What I do to one, I do to many. One life does affect us all. One guy who drinks and drives at 6 am and causes a wreck affects the life of not just himself, but the person he hit, the people stuck in traffic and every little ripple that happens because of that… (maybe someone got stuck in traffic, got to work late and was fired) . So…Namaste-I see the divine in you and respect that. Stare into someone’s eyes without blinking…shit stare into your own eyes in the mirror. People would treat others differently if they knew everything they do.. they do to themselves.

So in a nutshell when I hear people say, “I’m doing this for God” I just wanna scream. You can no more do for God than you can drink water “for the ocean” or get a tan “for the sun.” People’s simplified, objectified view of God is not only limiting to their spirituality but also their view of their self and empowerment to take control of their reality.  Give me your thoughts.

File this under… MUST WATCH #video #consciousness

There are a few films I find online and this one is hella deep. it’s long too and you may have to watch in parts. But the info is pretty cool . It’s gonna make you think about some things. I posted it on Facebook but I will keep it logged here on my site as well.

My Ever Evolving Thoughts About God

If there’s one thing about me is that I’m not conventional. I try to learn from my surroundings and not just from what I’m told. When it comes to spirituality, there is so much to learn. I was walking and noticed the falling autumns leaves that were so many colors and I began to notice something about these particular leaves.

wpid-20141130_144319.jpgThey all had branches of 3 and 5 respectively. There was never a random 4, 2, or 6 just 3 and 5. I wondered why. What type of internal program only allowed this tree to produce leaves of this nature? Why an odd number and not even? Why this particular combination and no more like 7? Math seems to be the universal language of “God” if there was one and I’m still learning what sacred geometry means. It can be complicated.

Where I am presently that what we call “God” and some of us consider the “SOURCE” is a collective unconsciousness. It is everything and performs a duty or a program, it follows the law of the universe, the law of order, the law of cycles. Much like we don’t have to think to make our heart beat, or to digest food, but we do it unconsciously. Everything strives to be alive and survive on some unconscious level… even plants. We as manifested beings are the individual conscious expressions. We decide what we want to do day to day and that can vary. We are the polar variable in this universal experiment.

Then there is the subconscious, which is connected the most to the collective unconscious and truly the only way to tap into it. It is our female receptive side (we all have it). It is the part of our mind that controls us passively but is more in tune with the unseen. It is side of us that responds to subliminal messages, symbols, and vibration (music). It is where our all our memories are held whether conscious or not. So here I have broken down a triune being in ourselves… but I know there’s more.

Will We See Alien Disclosure This Year?

You guys know I love studying about the nephilim, angels, and the connection with alien life and other inter-dimensional beings. Hey, it’s what I write about in my books (check the books link) I found this following video and I thought I share it. I may create a video blog on this same subject.I think it’s simply fascinating on where human evolution may be going and those that may be trying to control it.

Why Deism Better defines my Beliefs.

Those that know me , know that I’m very anti-religious or the organization of thus. My beliefs are very philosophical in nature. I figured that being an artist, I just look at the world differently. Some friends questioned whether I was Athiest… since I just really don’t believe the “biblical” definition of “God” as truth. He was just…too human (in the fickle, petty way) . The personality of God seemed to change with whoever the writer was…with a couple of similarities here and there. The God of Abraham is very dominating (kill!!!) while the god of Moses is very legalistic (I command!!!) , the God of Elijah is to be feared (I’m better than all these other gods!) ,  the God of David is to be loved (Wow, I love this guy) ,  the God of Jesus is very paternal (That’s my boy!) , the God of Peter is exclusive (Don’t be like them) , yet the God of Paul is very inclusive and reformist (Forget what I said, I like them too… but change!) .

Who is right? All of them? None of them? And why do we do put more weight on any of these people than any others who have written about their “god experience”?

I could see the bias in much of the biblical writings. Despite people’s faith…it was obvious that it’s written by men who have a generally the same “judeo” beliefs but may differ on the application of it.

In studying other religions I found the same basic thing. We all feel something is there… and well Atheism says, if you can’t prove it, then it’s not there. But yet, as rational as I am… I can rationally say, there’s a lot I can’t prove exist but yet I still believe in…like love. I believe love is more than just a chemical or hormonal reaction in my brain… its an intangible something that connects me to other people. And sometimes that connection is not explainable.

With that… I’ve have found it difficult to understand why God allows shit to happen to people no matter how good they are…or even if they’re children. If God was there watching and judging, and answering prayers for who would win the next Superbowl or get their job promotion, he sure was passive when it came to rape, poverty, and diseased people.

That’s when I stopped.

I stopped objectifying and personifying “God”. What’s my rational thought? ImageEverything has a nucleus or source (eggs, solar systems, cells, atoms) . That doesn’t mean the nucleus is micromanaging it’s satellites but they’re influenced by it in some way. But the universal “nucleus” of all is a force.. a primal force. It’s in all things… and how we “decide” to express or repress that “force” is up to us.

So in all retrospect, I believe that the primal source, that nucleus, where ever it may be is God…but it’s not as human and mundane as we like to believe. While the moon is influenced by the earth…and the earth is influenced by the moon. As above …so below… and “God” influences us as much as we influence “God”.

In my studies, I have found that Deism… the idea that God exists but isn’t micromanaging life, came the closest to my personal ideas about God–that God is a state of being NOT a being and that state is manifested through us. The universe is full of expansion and contractions… stars and black holes…with all that energy, we really need to redefine what “being alive” truly is. We are so tiny in comparison yet we perceive ourselves to have some importance in the big picture of things (maybe we do, maybe we don’t) –who knows.

ImageI’m a big believer in the collective conscious and when we put all our energy together…things happen (good or bad). The more we agree.. the more “GOD FORCE” collects… which is why churches feel they have a spiritual experience…but the same can happen at a Justin Beiber concert with a bunch of teenage girls.

So Yes–Athiest, there is no person watching you from above but yes, Christians there is a force inside you empowering you. But I find personifying that force as silly you people personifying the Sun (it helps you relate but …anything else is fables and myths) … and to some extent an Athiest can still make a claim that God doesn’t exist (in terms of actual matter) because when we get down to metaphysics of things… well that’s another topic.

Where Christianity asks me to ignore common sense for blind faith in someone’s ancient “revelation” . Deism says it’s okay to ask questions and figure out the divine by simply … living life and observing the world around you.

God is Nothing

Ah now that I have your attention…

I would like to direct you to this following video. I did a post of what it means to “exist” and why we as humans in our finite understanding put so much emphasis on existence. Lately I have been trying to understand the state of nothingness which for some…is just too deep. (feel free to exit the blog if you wish) You are welcome to write me off as some metaphysical nutjob …I’m sure your religion has managed to explain all life’s mysteries and there’s no need to learn or ask questions anymore…but IM STILL THINKING…so I digress…

Check my previous blog here on this topic

and whether you like Alan Watts or not please check this video out :

In a nutshell, I have said before my belief is that “God” is a state of being and not something or someone to be objectified. For  example… attempting to “find love” is foolish. Embrace the idea of love and do what you love, and you will experience love. More love will be experienced. You can find someone to love when you have it give. But that person is not love itself, but merely the object of your love. Love is really nothing and you find something to define it by (people, family, sex, food, job, pets, religion). Nothingness is the state Something resides in. The question remains can we have something out of nothing? You can only create on a blank slate. Shadows are only cast in extreme light and rays of light only exist in darkness. We are defined by our contrasts and balanced because of the potential of nothing. too deep? Probably.

The idea of dying and becoming nothing …again..is frightening to some. But all there is …is nothing. (remember how you felt before you were born? No…didn’t think so) There is more nothing in the universe than something..and that is what eternity is because that’s what last eternally ….nothing. The objects in space (the somethings) are the only things that are finite. So if God is eternal…then God is nothing.

Does God Exist?

First, those that know me understand my thoughts about God. I believe in a God but not as clearly defined by religious doctrine. I question, does God exist in that is it  possible to be and not actual be a “being”? Let’s define exist:

ex·ist/igˈzist/

Verb:
  1. Have objective reality or being.
  2. Be found, esp. in a particular place or situation.

If I ask you, “Does a doughnut have a center?” the answer can both yes and no. The center of the doughnut is non existent. The center is only defined by the outer doughnut (the part that exists) . Is the creator given definition by the creation? Another example is a droplet of water hitting a stagnant pool of water. The drop hits the center and creates a current or ripple effect. The ripples continue to expand larger and larger.  The original drop does not exist anymore but the ripples are the effect of its being.    Does love exist? Can it truly be contained and measured or is it only defined by what love affects? Perhaps…only perhaps God is the same.
If existence is defined as anything in time and space. Then it is not infinite nor eternal. God can not both be in existence and be infinite. Perhaps God is the number zero; the state of not being. My Christian friends say God exists outside of time. But outside of time and space there is nothing.
Perhaps God did exist and divided it’s state of being to create the universe much like a single cell goes into mitosis or a seed dies to become a flower full of the same seeds. Perhaps all of creation is just the residual effect of that one original. God continues to exist “materially” through creation and “intangibly” through nothingness. It is a philosophical stretch to say perhaps Christians and Atheist are arguing about two sides of the same coin. Heads or tails it’s still a dime and perhaps that’s all that matters or anti-matters.

Why is God Male?

All too often I hear people refer to God in “HE” sense. Meaning that God MUST be male. Which subconsciously I can understand why women are so under appreciated in society since they are just mere “adjustments” to the image of God. Of course I’m being sarcastic.

I believe that any time we refer to God in the male sense we are limiting God. While we are saying what God “is” we are at the saying time saying what God “isn’t” . By saying God is THE FATHER… you are saying God is NOT the mother. How then can God be omnipotent or omni-anything?

The best solution in a nutshell is to do away with any gender identity of the GOD IF truly GOD is everything. Then it would be male and female and neither male or female.

Get it?

To assign God any identity is to say …. at some point, humanity has (at the very least) figured out one aspect of the God. And if you believe you have then continue to assign THE GOD as the father and nothing more or less.

Personally I believe God is beyond our gender roles. The God is a pure continual energy that knows gender as much as it interacts with different individuals. The God should not be limited although people choose to limit the God continually even though they ignorantly feel this is out of respect.

Tell me what you think. I invite your responses.
